      – Since 2013, Chubb Life Vietnam has invested in technology through the implementation of eSmart – an application system that supports the insurance business on mobile devices.
      – Chubb Life strongly develops the ecosystem and optimizes the Chubb platform with multiple services (All in one – Chubb). Since 2019, Chubb Life has taken important steps in being ready for the digital revolution. Across almost of our business activities, SmartAgency – the “virtual assistant” of the Agency force, and Chubb eConnect – the “digital bridge, are increasing engagement and enhancing the customer experience with Chubb Life Vietnam. Because Chubb Life believes that maintaining a strong connection will contribute to strengthening customer trust in service quality and brand.

Additionally, the program offers priority services that streamline the process of handling information and insurance claims, ensuring a faster and more convenient experience for Chubb Life Vietnam’s esteemed customers.
