BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Nguyen Hong Son holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii (USA) and is currently a senior member of the CPA Australia. Prior to Chubb Life, Mr. Son gained extensive experience in finance and corporate management when he held important roles at well-known international organizations, such as KPMG and Cargill.

He has more than over 19 years of working experience in Chubb Life Vietnam, including over 2 years as the Country President of Chubb Life Myanmar before being appointed as the Country President of Chubb Life Vietnam since 2021. Mr. Son’s impact at Chubb Life is through his initiatives in the company’s sustainable development strategies, including digital transformation, transformation in distribution channels, rejuvenation of human resources, and enhancement of professionalism and quality of the sales team.
