Mr. Bach Ngọc An is DCEO at OPES insurance, a subsidiary of VPBank. He is with OPES since the very first day to architect and build the technology platform from scratch. With his contribution, OPES has achieved significant growth in recent years, in both business and technology capabilities.
Before joining OPES, he used to be the Head of Technology of ANZ Vietnam and Standard Chartered Vietnam; self-employed with his own business in Securities; participated in Core transformation project at Vietinbank as a module lead.
His interest now is on leveraging modern technologies, especially AI-enabled solutions, to accelerate the digital transformation of all aspects of business to make OPES a fully digital insurer.
