Mr. Duong Le Minh Duc is currently the Deputy Director of AI Business Center at FPT Smart Cloud. After graduating from the University of Portsmouth, he has acquired tremendous experience in business development as well as partner enablement with global technology ‘giants’ such as Microsoft and Nvidia. 

 

In his 3 years at FPT, he has established the foundation for developing the comprehensive Artificial Intelligence platform – FPT.AI. He is also a consulting expert in terms of Digital Transformation for leading enterprises in 15 countries around the world. Currently, many domestic and international companies are implementing FPT.AI solutions such as Conversational AI, Intelligent Document Processing, AI Contact Center Enhancement, Digital Customer Onboarding…, including nearly 40 companies within Top VNR100 – Sun Life, Prudential, AIA, FWD, Dai-ichi, serving more than 12-million end-users.
